Nick joined Tishman Speyer in 2020, initially working in the Asset Management group, where he supported operations and executed asset strategy for the firm’s flagship 200 Park Avenue and 300 Park Avenue properties. He currently serves as a Senior Director on the Acquisitions and Development team, focused on Enterprise Research Campus, a 2 million square foot, ground-up mixed-use neighborhood. In this role, Nick leads the development of 343 Class A residential apartments and a 246-key lifestyle hotel, The Atlas Hotel.

Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Nick worked in Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance group, where he advised on high-yield corporate debt transactions and leveraged buyouts, with a particular focus on the hospitality sector. Outside of his professional work, Nick serves a volunteer for GiGi’s Playhouse, an organization dedicated to supporting learning opportunities and support for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. He holds a BA in Political Science and Africana Studies from Williams College.
